Sarah Frazier

Junior Partner

Sarah Frazier is a Partner at Bryant International Law Group d/b/a BILTgroup, where her main focus is helping businesses – both local and international – successfully achieve growth through the creation and maintenance of tax efficient business structures. Sarah also helps with business succession planning and estate planning. Additionally, Sarah is Of Counsel with Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, where she is available to assist with matters related to business transactions, business taxation, international law, as well as cannabis, hemp & CBD. Sarah Frazier is currently licensed to practice law in the States of North Carolina and Wyoming.

Sarah sought out international opportunities during her college years: studied abroad in Costa Rica, competed in the Wilhelm C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court competition two years in a row (in Vienna and Hong Kong), and did an adoption law service trip to Panama. While attending law school, Sarah also earned her LL.M in Legal Practice from Nottingham Trent University (UK) where she focused her studies on the implication efforts and effects of the UN Convention Against Corruption.  Prior to joining BILTgroup, Sarah practiced civil litigation.

Sarah is originally from Indiana but, as the daughter of a Marine, moved around as a child. Ultimately, North Carolina became home for college and law school. Sarah graduated with a Bachelors in Accounting and Spanish from Meredith College. She received her J.D. from Campbell University. Sarah moved to Powell, Wyoming in July 2024 with her husband and daughter shortly after her husband retired from the US Army.
