Christopher specializes in Corporate and Merger and Acquisition (M&A) Law. Most Recently, Christopher managed a boutique law firm specializing in corporate and tax law. Christopher has represented Fortune 500 companies and private clients, thereby acquiring significant experience with respect to M&A transactions. He has also advised international businesses on, inter alia, corporate restructuring, internal financing and international sale of shares.

Chris qualified with a BA/BSC in Business Management and Law from the University of Derby, United Kingdom. He then graduated with a Law LLB (with Honors) degree from the University of Derby/BPP Law School, United Kingdom.

Christopher speaks Dutch, Italian, Turkish, English and French.
