Caroline recently earned her J.D. with a concentration in business law from the University of Mississippi School of Law, where she served on the Mississippi Law Journal. She also completed two internships with Deloitte Tax LLP, gaining hands-on experience in federal, state, and local tax matters for corporations, partnerships, and individuals. Caroline began working with BILTgroup during her final year of law school and is now joining the team full time.

Caroline holds both a Bachelor of Accountancy and a Master of Taxation from the University of Mississippi and is currently working toward fulfilling the experience requirement for CPA licensure. With a strong academic background and practical experience in complex tax matters, Caroline brings a strong academic foundation and a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to her work at BILTgroup.
